With its continuous engagement in the electric-industrial sectors Omega has recently introduced a new but well-tested range of fans structured on DC, AC, Special products and accessories which are illustrated in a new catalogue called “Air Moving”.
The DC fans, benefiting of a PWM control of the brushless motor and an internal electronic circuit – both entirely developped in North America – offer advantages in the variation of the motor speed and provide a wide variety of additional functions such as: the speed monitoring, the protection of the lock rotor, the automatic check of the temperature and the speed control with an external signal.
Among the AC and Special fans, we find IP55 versions, EMC shielded versions, HTR versions which withstand upto 130°C, and the possibility of having both the frame and the impeller in magnesium alloy, which is a characteristic that allows a faster heat dissipation with consequent decrease of the working temperature of the bearings and prolongation of the fan life.
